• At Zoolspeed, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If there are any issues with the products or services provided, customers can request a refund according to the following terms.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

• If the product received is damaged or does not match the order, the customer can request a full refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. In this case, Zoolspeed will cover the return shipping costs.

Returnable Products:

• Products must be in their original condition and unused, with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Correctly Delivered Orders:

• If the products are correct and delivered as agreed upon, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds Due to Merchant:

• If the cancellation or refund is due to the merchant (e.g., expired products or items not matching the agreement), a full refund will be issued, including the delivery fee.

Refunds Due to Customer:

• If the refund request is due to the customer, the refund will be issued after deducting delivery fees and any other costs incurred by us.
