Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once the driver has accepted the order.

• Cancellation Before Driver Acceptance: You can cancel the order by contacting the administration and coordinating with the team for the cancellation.

• Cancellation by Merchant: If the cancellation is due to the merchant (e.g., expired product or item not matching the agreement), only the delivery fee will be deducted.

• Cancellation by Customer: If the cancellation is initiated by the customer, the order will be reinstated without any additional charges and without deducting the delivery fee
